Comfort you can feel underfoot.
For bedrooms, playrooms, and stairs, nothing beats carpet for comfort and quiet.
Soft and warm
Comfortable underfoot and warm on cool mornings, especially in bedrooms.
Quiet
Absorbs sound, which matters upstairs and in homes with kids.
Safer on stairs
Better grip and a softer landing than hard surfaces.
Great value
One of the most budget-friendly ways to completely refresh a room.
The right style for each room.
How carpet is constructed changes how it looks, feels, and wears. Here’s the short version.
Cut pile
Plush, Saxony, frieze
Soft and inviting, the classic choice for bedrooms and living rooms. Frieze styles hide footprints and wear well.
Loop pile
Berber and level loop
Durable and low-profile, great for busy areas. Some loop styles aren’t ideal for pets that like to scratch.
The pad matters
What’s underneath
The right pad makes carpet feel better and last longer. We’ll match the pad to the carpet and the room.
What to expect, start to finish.
A carpet install looks simple, but stretching, seam placement, and the details at doorways and stairs are what make it look right for years.
Free in-home estimate
We measure, look at what’s there now, and plan seam placement with you. You get a detailed written estimate before any work starts.
Removal and prep
We remove the old carpet and pad, then take care of the subfloor and tack strip so the new carpet goes down right. Any repairs are itemized up front.
New pad
A new pad suited to your carpet and how the room is used.
Installation
Carpet stretched tight, with seams placed out of high-traffic paths wherever possible.
Stairs and transitions
Stairs wrapped neatly and clean transitions where carpet meets hard flooring.
Cleanup and walkthrough
We clean up, walk the rooms with you, and make sure you’re happy before we call it done.
How much does carpet installation cost?
Every home is different, so we don’t quote one-size-fits-all pricing. Your cost depends on the carpet and pad you choose, the size of the job, and what’s there now.
We’ll measure in person and give you an exact, itemized estimate, so you see where every dollar goes — no surprises halfway through the job.

Common questions about carpet.
What carpet is best for pets?
Cut-pile styles like frieze tend to hold up best. Some loop styles can snag on claws. Stain-resistant fibers help too — we’ll point you to good options at the estimate.
Can you install carpet on just the stairs?
Yes. Carpeted stairs with hard flooring everywhere else is a popular combination, and we can do both.
Do I need a new pad?
Almost always. Old pad is usually compressed and worn out, and putting new carpet over it shortens the carpet’s life.
Do you remove the old carpet?
Yes. We remove and haul away the old carpet and pad as part of most jobs.
How long does carpet installation take?
It depends on the size of the job, stairs, and what’s there now. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at your estimate.
Do you supply the carpet, or can I buy my own?
Either works. We can source the carpet and pad for you, or install carpet you’ve already purchased. Either way, we’ll make sure it’s right for your space.
